At MD’s Recycling & Waste, we make it easy for our customers to manage their waste and recycling services. Whether you need to update your account, request a replacement for a damaged container, or report a missed pickup, we’re here to help.

Account Management

Managing your account is simple through our customer portal. Log in to:
  • View and pay your bill.

  • Update your contact details.

  • Modify your service preferences.

Damaged Containers

We provide durable trash and recycling containers, but normal wear and tear can occur.

Replacement Policy:

  • If your bin is damaged due to normal use, we will replace it for free.
  • We can field-replace broken lids without swapping the entire container.
  • If a bin is repeatedly damaged or the issue is due to misuse, a charge may apply for replacement.

Missed Pickups & Extra Pickups

Missed Pickup Policy

If your trash or recycling wasn’t collected, please check:
Was your bin at the curb on time?

Containers must be at the curb by 7 a.m. on pickup day to ensure collection.

Was your container blocked or inaccessible?

Blocked access (driveways inaccessible due to winter conditions, etc.) may prevent pickup.

If your pickup was missed by mistake, we will send a separate truck to complete the collection. If the bin was not out on time or another issue caused the missed pickup, a callback charge may apply for return service.

Extra Pickups

If you need an additional pickup outside your regular schedule:
  • Request an extra pickup and we’ll send a truck as soon as possible.

  • Extra pickups are automatically billed based on your normal frequency.
